Sponsoring Organization

FPTower Inc. is a federally registered 501(c)3 nonprofit in good standing, with no outstanding tax liabilities, no debt, and full compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.

Mission: FPTower Inc. promotes maritime safety, scientific research, and environmental stewardship through public outreach, partnerships, and programmatic initiatives focused on ocean ecosystems, coastal resilience, including initiatives conducted at Frying Pan Tower™.

Eligibility

• Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of purchase.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Directors, officers, and employees of FPTower Inc., and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.
• By purchasing a ticket, participants affirm compliance with all eligibility requirements.

Raffle Period and Drawing

• Start Date: March 1, 2026
• End Date: May 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
• Drawing Date: May 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET
• Drawing Method: Random drawing conducted under supervision of FPTower Inc.

The drawing will occur whether or not all tickets are sold.

Ticket Information

• Ticket Price: $25 (3 tickets), $100 (15 tickets), $250 (45 tickets), $500 (100 tickets)
• Total Number of Tickets Available (if limited): 5,000
• Odds of Winning: Depend on the total number of tickets sold.

Tickets are non-refundable and considered charitable contributions.

No substitution of prize by winner is permitted except at the sole discretion of FPTower Inc.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A 5-day, 4-night Mission Immersive Eco-Adventure at Frying Pan Tower™ for the winner and three (3) guests.

Prize Includes:

• Charter vessel transportation to and from a designated North Carolina departure point
• On-station accommodations
• Chef-prepared meals
• SCUBA or fishing charter trip

Prize Conditions:

• Trip must be completed by May 26, 2027
• Dates subject to availability and weather conditions
• Winner and guests must meet all safety and health requirements
• Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value

FPTower Inc. reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7,800

U SAFE “Coastal Points” Donation Program

Each raffle ticket purchase allows the entrant to nominate a coastal location.

At the conclusion of the raffle, FPTower Inc. will donate four (4) U Safe Remote-Controlled Life Saving Buoys to the four coastal communities receiving the highest number of nominations.

Donation is subject to:

• Municipality acceptance
• Agreement to safety training and deployment requirements
• Availability of product

FPTower Inc. reserves the right to reallocate donations if a selected municipality declines participation.

Safety and Liability Requirements

Frying Pan Tower is a remote offshore facility.

The winner and all guests must:

• Execute a Liability Waiver and Release Agreement
• Meet physical capability requirements
• Attend mandatory safety briefings
• Comply with all operational rules

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize without compensation.

Weather and Force Majeure

Offshore operations are subject to Atlantic weather conditions and maritime safety determinations.

FPTower Inc. may reschedule the prize trip if deemed unsafe.

FPTower Inc. is not responsible for:

• Personal travel costs
• On shore lodging expenses
• Schedule changes due to weather or mechanical issues

Taxes

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

If required by law:

• IRS Form W-2G will be issued
• Winner may be required to submit a W-9

Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within seven (7) days of drawing.

If winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Compliance With North Carolina Law

This raffle is conducted in compliance with North Carolina General Statutes governing charitable raffles.

FPTower Inc. maintains required records of ticket sales and prize distribution as required by law.

Public Disclosure

Raffle records shall be maintained for inspection as required under North Carolina charitable gaming statutes.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants:

• Agree to these Official Rules
• Release FPTower Inc. from liability related to the raffle
• Consent to use of name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation

FPTower Inc.’s decisions are final.

Governing Law

This raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
