Richard Neal
Founder and Executive Director
Richard Neal is a dedicated entrepreneur who passionately divides his time between spearheading fundraising efforts to restore the Frying Pan Tower and bringing volunteers to experience the hands-on restoration of this iconic structure.
As the Executive Director for FPTower Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Richard’s primary focus is the tower’s ongoing restoration, ensuring the protection of mariners and the vibrant sea-life below, and ultimately preserving the tower for future generations. Through FPTower Inc.’s growing social outreach and appearances across various media platforms, his overarching goal is to educate people on the vital role our oceans play in humanity’s survival.
Nancy Bradley
Director of Communications
Nancy Bradley brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in strategic marketing and planning to her role as Director of Communications for FPTower Inc. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to impactful communication, having worked with many nonprofit organizations where she has consistently developed impactful awareness campaigns, branding initiatives, and comprehensive communications strategies.
Beyond her remarkable expertise in marketing, Nancy is a successful entrepreneur, having founded and operated multiple businesses throughout her career. This diverse background equips her with a unique blend of strategic foresight, practical execution, and a keen understanding of organizational growth.
